I bought the game The Sims 3 in the store and let me register my product online. I have tried to use mines and other codes online. The game works very well ... I can not save the game to download items of trade.

Contact EA support and tell them what happened, I'm sure you can go through step by step. If they can not do it where you bought it and say that another person is included on the line and not access. I am sure this will change as you always have the receipt. Good luck!
